Some Kinda Wonderful Australasian Blog Hop

Welcome to the CTMH Some Kinda Wonderful Blog Hop.  This is a circular hop.  If you arrived here from  Lauren Moore- CTMH Craftings you are in the right place. Simply read through this post and click on the link to the next blog at the end. Don't forget to Pin any ideas to Pinterest to save for later!  Keep reading and ‘hopping’ until you find yourself back where you started from.  Each blog will showcase a project featuring the Some Kinda Wonderful Workshops Your Way kit.
This collection is from our current Seasonal Expressions catalogue which finishes at the end of this month! Make sure you revisit this catalogue and order your favourites before April 30th.
I have made many cards and page layouts using these papers over the last couple of months! They're so much fun to work with and I'll showcase just a few here.

For this card I used a strip of Willow cardstock, White Twine and Mini Staples. The stamps are from the Some Kinda Wonderful - Cardmaking stamp set (C1673). Aren't they cute? I coloured them in with my Watercolour pencils, added a bit of Shimmer Brush and adhered them with 3D foam tape. You can find the kit here.

For this card I used the Whisper pattern and Willow stripe papers from Some Kinda Wonderful as well as the White Twine and White Dots from the kit. As you can see, the papers in this pack aren't all hot pink! The Hello stamp is from the Dreamin' Big - Scrapbooking Stamp set D1714 and I've coloured it in with my ShinHan Markers.

This is a layout I did in using the January Stamp of the Month.

This layout was done at a Consultant scrapbooking day and was designed by another Consultant. I just love the bright, fun colours and found the perfect photos for it.

Remember these products are only available until April 30th.

S1702 Easter Bunny CTMH Australasian Blog Hop

Hello and welcome aboard our Close To My Heart
Australasian Stamp of the Month Blog Hop.
If you have arrived here from
then you are in the right place! If you have landed here by accident, no problem, please join in by following the link at the end of this post.

I would like to share with you a sweet card I have created featuring the February Stamp of the Month, Easter Bunny S1702. This stamp set is available during this month only, for $27 or for just $7.50 when you spend $75 or more.
This adorable stamp set is obviously designed for Easter cards and scrapbooking layouts (I will definitely be making those!) but I have used the bunnies this time for something different. I designed this as a Wedding card but it would also be gorgeous for new parents, engagement etc.

I used the new Hello Lovely papers and Complements (the gold hearts), Blush Shimmer Ribbon and Gold Glitter Gems, which are all included in the kit.
The card base is 6x12" White Daisy Cardstock with a 5.75" square mat in Fern and a 4x5" floral B&T mat, both of which I distressed the edges.
The Congratulations sentiment is from C1673 Some Kinda Wonderful Cardmaking stamp set.

I stamped the bunnies in Memento Ink so that I could colour them with our ShinHan Markers. You can also use our Watercolour Pencils or Paints.
The head uses WG4 Warm Grey. The Ears are Barely Beige, the shirt is Pastel Peach and the shorts are Sap Green.
On the inside is a 5.75 x 11.75" mat of green pattern B&T and two white mats 4.5" square that have also been distressed. The sentiment is double stamped to give a shadow effect in Fern and then Black. It's also from the stamp set C1673.

I stamped the bunnies and then masked the feet to stamp the grass in Fern Ink. The border is drawn freehand with Sap Green ShinHan.
Mrs Bunny is wearing a Turquoise Blue dress with a Light Orange collar. Mr Bunny is wearing a Pastel Green shirt, Sap Green tie and Clay shorts.

I hope you like my card as much as I enjoyed making it!

CTMH Australasian Blog Hop - S1701 Adore You

Hello and welcome aboard our January 2017 Adore Youhttp://georgia.closetomyheart.com.au/ctmh/promotions/sotm/2017/1701-adore-you.aspx Stamp of the Month Australasian Blog Hop. If you have arrived here from
then you are in the right place. If you landed here by accident, no problem, please join in by following the link at the end of this post.

I would like to share with you a page layout I have created featuring the January Stamp of the Month, Adore You S1701. This stamp set is available during this month only, for $27 or for just $7.50 when you spend $75 or more.

This page is also created with BRAND NEW PAPERS from our new Seasonal Expressions Idea Book available from today! This pack is called Some Kinda Wonderful and I love it!

This stamp set is so gorgeous for scrapping photos of the ones you love. I just Adore this photo I snapped of my kids on a day out at Southbank and I definitely Adore them too!

I stamped the images on White Daisy cardstock in Raspberry, Willow and Memento Inks and then coloured them in with my ShinHan Markers. They were all fussy cut before adding them to my page. A few Clear Sparkles added a bit of bling to some of the flowers too.

I stamped Adore You directly onto the page using Memento Ink as well as the cute little flower in the corner. I hope you like it!
Here's another page created by the CTMH creative team. You can see that soft colours also look beautiful with this stamp set.
